WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

• Implement innovative solutions for construction planning, scheduling, and programme development of project activities, including design, statutory submissions and approvals, procurement process, construction, inspection, close-out, and handover process.
• Design and submit innovative proposals for construction and facility management works.
• Familiar with site supervision activities and surveys
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, project stakeholders, and end-users. Manage contractors and vendors for project success
• Identify risks and opportunities with mitigation strategies to maintain key project milestones and completion dates for digital solution implementation.
• Handle troubleshoot emergencies, equipment problems, technical issues, organize and oversee resolutions
• Support business development by understanding users needs and new trends

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Building Studies, Construction Management, Architecture, M&E, Civil, Structural Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent preferred.
• Qualified member of HKIE or ICE is preferable
• Experience in communicating with Bureaux / Departments / Related Organisations is preferred
• At least 5 years solid experience in construction projects or facility management.
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of BIM model software applications is an advantage
• Experience with Python, data analytic, or BI tools and is a plus.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Assist in project coordination and translating user needs into business requirement.
• Assist supervisor during programme and project execution to ensure successful, on-time delivery by anticipating dependencies and impediments, prioritizing multiple stakeholders and task.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor Degree (or equivalent education qualifications) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience with e-Form, workflow system development is an advantage
• Knowledge of general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to Java, JavaScript, Python is preferred.
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL is beneficial
• Knowledge in software development methodologies –Scrum/Agile and DevOps is beneficial
• Basic concept in Smart City environment is an advantage.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer who wants to work in a dynamic working environment. You will continuously identify areas of growth within the existing frameworks, tools, and processes to develop further technical mechanisms to continuously improve.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Collaborate with project managers and artists to develop Digital Twin Platform for Smart City solution
• Ensure the deployed project meets quality and schedule under SDLC of IT projects.
• Develop a reliable backend system to connect the data with the edge presentation layer and our twin platform
• Develop and apply new technologies to our systems
• Work closely with business internal teams (Platform, Data, Design) to refine our solution to achieve product-market fit
• Improve scalability and flexibility of the system to meet the fast pace of business growth
• Achieve goals in effective and innovative ways
• Architecture and framework design and improvements for our evolution of the system
• Get involved in the evolution of the development pipeline including methodologies of QA, CI/CD, etc

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3 – 8 years professional experience in Python, Node.js, REST API, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in serverless, microservices, and DevOps environments
